Every order from Calm Crystal is packed by hand with care. We want your crystals to arrive safely, beautifully, and exactly as you imagined them.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €99. This threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts, before shipping costs are applied.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. As a general guide:

  • Europe — Standard: 7–10 business days / Express: 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom — Standard: 4–12 business days / Express: 2–4 business days
  • North America — Standard: 7–14 business days / Express: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of World — Standard: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods such as holidays.

Packaging

All crystals are individually wrapped in protective materials and packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Gift orders are presented in our signature packaging, ready to give.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please get in touch and we will investigate on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
