All crystals sold by Calm Crystal are genuine natural specimens. As such, each piece is unique. Colour, shape, size, surface texture, inclusions, and overall appearance will vary from the product photographs shown on our website. These variations are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.
Product photos are taken carefully to represent each item accurately, but your piece will have its own individual character.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and other accepted providers. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled.
7. Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
