Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. This includes crystal towers, spheres, raw stones, bracelets, necklaces, and unopened gift sets. Final sale items — including earrings, cleansing tools, sale items, and personalised orders — cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thecalmcrystal.com with your order number and photos. For approved returns, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. To start a return, email us first — please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
